Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy(LIBS)

・ LIBS/SIBS system generates plasma with laser beam or spark discharge and analyzes chemical
composition of the target material by observing the spectrum.
・ It is applied for measurement of molecular spectrum, wide range analysis, gas analysis and
   components analysis of solid substances.
・ Compact system can be used for A/F sensors and temperature sensors for gasoline engines.
・ This system with microwave contributes to power saving and flexibility of measurement.
・ Promising analytic technology for RoHS and REACH regulations, monitoring materials in
   manufacturing plant.
